Bulgaria-Houses, a Bulgarian-U.S.-based, fast-growing real estate company, is owned and run by Bulgarian-born Milen Marinov. A graduate of Antony’s Real Estate school in San Diego, California, Mr. Marinov was part of San Diego’s enormous real estate boom, when prices in the city went up 300 to 400 percent. Learning from the mistakes and successes of that boom and using the knowledge he gained as a successful entrepreneur in the U.S., he now he applies all his energy and motivation to the incredible opportunities currently available in the Bulgarian real estate market. His expertise is knowing exactly how to find properties with an exceptional return on investment, which he then passes onto interested investors and buyers.

Heather Holliday/Marketing Director

San Diego-based Heather Holliday is Bulgaria-House’s Marketing Manager. A graduate from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism in New York City, she has extensive experience assisting small and large companies as they strategize and execute their marketing plans. As an essential team member of Bulgaria-Houses she helps bridge the gap between Western clients and Eastern property owners.

With Mr. Marinov leading the company, locals know and trust us – so we have access to a huge range of investment properties that Western agents will never know about or have access to. We also thoroughly understand the ins-and-outs of Bulgarian culture and law. And, with a strong foothold in the West, we understand Western business culture and speak English fluently.
