Description: This house is made of a solid stone foundation and all natural materials that provide heat and moisture insulation. It has a solid structure and an outside staircase to the second floor. The main house of five rooms and a cellar needs some refurbishment and cosmetic revamping. There is also an additional old house on the same plot (rumour has it small gold treasure is still buried under the old house), and an outside WC/bathroom is outside. The extensive back yard (1,000 sq m) has plenty of fruit trees.
The house is located about 500 m above the sea level and at the end of the village and has open, beautiful views to the mountains. The village is near Lovech, which is located in the famous nature of the Troyan Mountains. There are great opportunities for hiking, organic farming, recreation and relaxation, mountain tourism etc.
The last photo is a schoolhouse in the village.
