The two floors of this house have separate entrances. The bedrooms are average-sized and get a lot of sun. There is a large dining room, which is connected to a kitchen. There are two hallways, one of which leads to the bedrooms. At the end of this hallway there is a large enough space to build a bathroom. The second hallway leads to the dining room. Downstairs is big outdoor kitchen (called a “summer kitchen” in Bulgaria) and an indoor dining area. The walls throughout the house are in good shape but need repainting. There is a large basement, which allows for ample storage space. The outside walls are plastered.
There is another large brick building on the property, which is with the size of another house. It needs to be cleaned up but, overall, it is in great structural order. The outside walls of this building are also plastered.
There is a large garden with vineyards and plum trees on the property. The house overlooks the village, so there is a nice view of the village
The house is in good structural order, but is need of extensive modernization and renovation to make it livable by Western standards. The land also needs tending to.
