Finance enquiry form and payment details

Financing

Get financing on our properties for up to 60% of the price of a property. You can’t beat our low interest rate of about 8% and terms from 3 to 12 months. In order to determine your eligibility for financing, we require specific information about you and your financial background. Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page to get started.

Reserve a Property

In order to reserve the property, we require 10 percent of the total price as a down payment. This fee is nonrefundable and can be applied to any of our properties for sale at any time.

Once you let us know what property you would like reserved, we will send you an e-mail with the amount that is required for a deposit, as well as any details you need to know in order to make the deposit through your chosen payment option.

Please note that your property is reserved immediately when you send this form and will remain reserved for the three business days. However, if we don’t receive your down payment within three business days, we will put the property back on the market.

Once we receive the deposit, all details for completion of the deal will need to be completed within 30 days. Unless you agree to our financing option, the outstanding balance is due within 30 days as well.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, we accept payments through the most useful and secure payment options. You can select to pay in cash, electronically through PayPal, a Western Union money transfer, or a bank transfer.

Privacy Guarantee

We use your personal information to help us service your account, to improve our services to you, and/or to inform you about additional products or services that may be of interest to you. When you provide us with your e-mail address either we or a partnering company that offers similar services uses it to respond to your request.
