To make the adjustment easier on you, we do our best to provide answers, as well as solutions, to all of your questions about being an owner of property abroad.
As part of those solutions, we are available to oversee your property while you are away, managing all aspects of the property for a small fee. Depending upon your needs, we can arrange for your yard to be taken care of, we can check on your tenants, and we will let you know if repairs are needed. And, if there is a need for repairs or remodeling, we can either hire a local construction company for you, or if you’d rather do it yourself, we can help you navigate the confusing process of hiring a local construction company. Once the remodeling or repair project starts, we will keep you posted on the status of the project, providing pictures according to your preferences. Very soon we will also be able to provide you with a property insurance policy.
