When you're ready to purchase a Bulgarian investment property, a viewing trip is by far the most effective way to determine where and what you should buy. You’ll get an overview of both the country and properties that are available. Plus, your viewing trip will be tailored for your individual needs and requirements.

For the low price of £389, your viewing property trip includes:

• Pick up from Varna’s airport
• Accommodation for two people for three nights at a nice hotel, with breakfast included
• View a minimum of 15 properties, including properties that you request
• If you decide to purchase, all the property purchase paperwork is included (fill out all the forms, set up bank account, etc.)
• Return to Varna or to Varna’s airport, whichever you choose

View a Customized Selection of Properties

You will see an excellent selection of properties within the area of your choice, escorted by professionals who know the country and properties. First we’ll find out what your needs and budget are. Then we’ll take you to see properties that are appropriate for you – whether a wide selection of properties or a more focused selection in a particular area. In addition, we give you as much information as we can about each property, so you can make an educated decision about how you want to proceed. Our viewing trip also gives you time to experience the surrounding areas, sample various restaurants and check out the local amenities.

No Pressure

WE GUARANTEE that you will never feel pressured to buy. We simply want you to get a taste of Bulgaria and what is available. What you decide to do beyond that is up to you!

If you do find a suitable property, we are happy to help you with the purchasing process, if that is of interest to you. This service includes setting up a Bulgarian company and opening a bank account for you.

Our Transportation Services include pick up and drop off when you are flying in and out of the Varna airport. We also offer Property Viewing Trips. And, when you purchase a property, all of the Transportation Services are free. If you choose not to purchase a property we charge a reasonable fee for the transportation service.

Transportation Service details:

• If you end up purchasing a property that we show you during a Property Viewing Trip, pick up and drop off in and out of the Varna airport are free. All transportation provided during the Viewing Trip is also free when you purchase a property.
• If you do not purchase a property, there is a nominal fee (0.40 EU cents per km) for picking you up and dropping you off at the Varna airport, as well as for any additional transportation that we provide during your trip.
